To be eligible for a refund you must complete a refund request within 7 calendar days of your purchase and the product key must not have been redeemed, as stated in our Terms and Conditions (https://www.cdkeys.com/terms-conditions).
After we receive your request, our team will verify the product(s) have not been redeemed and process your refund if it satisfies our eligibility checks. The money will be refunded using your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take between 7 to 10 business days to show on your statement.
If the product has been redeemed or you have initiated the refund request after 7 calendar days have passed you will not be eligible for a refund.
