Can I have refund for my purchase ?


Refunds are issued on a discretionary basis! We look at each refund individually and will do our best to provide a refund when possible. However please note that games which have been played or keys which have been redeemed are ineligible for a refund.

If you are requesting a refund, please include the following information in your support ticket:

  1. Purchaser's email address
  2. Recipient's email address
  3. Order ID (Numeric)
  4. Transaction ID

Any additional information that may help us to assist you as quickly as possible.
