EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Ultimate Pre-Order Bonus Points Not Available on Account
If you’ve pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition but don't see your bonus points, they should become available once you access Ultimate Team within the game. However, it might take up to 24 hours for them to appear. Please follow these steps to check your points:
- Log into your Microsoft account on your console or via the Xbox app.
- Open Ultimate Team in the game.
- Navigate to the “Store” tab within Ultimate Team.
- Check your point balance at the top of the screen.

EA SPORTS FC™ 24 Points Accidental Purchase
If you accidentally purchased FC Points in EA SPORTS FC™ 24 and want to transfer them to EA SPORTS FC™ 25, follow these steps:
- The only way to transfer your points is by logging into EA SPORTS FC™ 25 on your console or PC.
- After transferring the points in-game, they’ll be updated in the Ultimate Team™ Web or Companion Apps.
- A pop-up will appear the first time you log into EA SPORTS FC™ 25, giving you the option to transfer your points.
Important Notes:
- You can only transfer points within the same console family (e.g., Xbox Series X|S to Xbox Series X|S).
- This transfer is not reversible, so once you transfer your points, you cannot move them back to EA SPORTS FC™ 24.
- If you’re an EA Play member and transfer your points without buying the full game, you won’t get the points back on EA SPORTS FC™ 24.

How to Redeem Your EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Code
Via Microsoft Virtual Agent:
- Visit the Xbox Support website and log in.
- Use the Virtual Agent by typing "Redeem Code."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the redemption.
Alternative Redemption Method on Xbox Website:
- Visit the Xbox Redeem Page.
- Log in with your Microsoft account if you aren't already.
- Enter your 25-character code in the provided field.
- Click on the Next button to proceed.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and redeem your code.
Using a PC or Mobile Web:
- Go to the Microsoft Redeem page and log in with your Microsoft account.
- Enter your code in the provided field.
- Confirm the code to complete the redemption.
On Xbox Console:
- Press the Xbox button on your controller.
- Navigate to Store and press the View button .
- Select Redeem.
- Enter your 25-character code and follow the prompts to redeem.
On Xbox App for Windows:
- Open the Xbox app on your Windows PC.
- Go to Settings and select Redeem.
- Enter the 25-character code.
- Select Next to complete the process.
On Microsoft Store for Windows:
- Open the Microsoft Store on your Windows PC.
- Select your account icon in the top right corner.
- Choose Redeem code or gift cards.
- Enter the 25-character code.
- Select Next to redeem the code.

I have been charged but I didn't receive my key, what do I do?
Please raise a ticket here: SUPPORT REQUEST and include the following information:
- Name of the product you ordered
- First and last name
- Email Address or any other email you might have used for your order
- PayPal transaction ID or the first 6 and Last 4 digits of your credit card
Kindly note that if you had settled using ApplePay or Paypal it may have been sent to the email linked to that.
