• I have been charged but I didn't receive my key, what do I do?

   

  Please raise a ticket here: SUPPORT REQUEST and include the following information:

  1. Name of the product you ordered
  2. First and last name
  3. Email Address or any other email you might have used for your order
  4. PayPal transaction ID or the first 6 and Last 4 digits of your credit card  

  Kindly note that if you had settled using ApplePay or Paypal it may have been sent to the email linked to that. 

• The CD key / code isn’t working or coming up as invalid, what do I do?

  2. Details of the issue
