I have been charged but I didn't receive my key, what do I do?
Please raise a support ticket here: https://support.cdkeys.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new and include the following information:
- Name of the product you ordered
- First and last name
- Address
- Any other email you might have used for your order
- PayPal transaction ID or Skrill Moneybookers ID
- First 6 and Last 4 digits of your Card
Kindly note that if you had settled using ApplePay or Paypal it may have been sent to the email linked to that. If you had used Sofort payment method it may take up to 72 hours to send the confirmation email as indicated during the checkout process.
